IAIA03 - BUILDING CAPACITY FOR IMPACT ASSESSMENT
The theme of IAIA'03 was Building Capacity for Impact Assessment, with a special emphasis on the needs of developing countries. This year's gathering of public sector, private sector and civil society practitioners from five continents will share, enhance and promote the tools of the trade necessary for developing countries to enhance their impact assessment practice.
