EIA Training Resource Manual for South Eastern Europe
The EIA Training Resource Manual for South East European has been prepared by the Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC) is headquartered in Hungary and operates network of 16 country and field offices in all countries of the region. The manual, funded by the European Union, provides adaptation of the UNEP Training Resource Manual for EIA for the training needs in Southern and Eastern Europe. It offers overview of EIA development in the region, set of training materials for specific countries and wide collection of relevant documents that can be used in EIA reforms in the region. The manual has been translated and pilot tested in 5 countries and can be obtained in CD-ROM version from environmental.assessment@rec.org.
